We are currently acquiring profitable small to medium-sized businesses with $1 million to $15 million in yearly revenue along with developing our large greenfield builds. Of particular interest in acquisitions are companies with an existing customer base and manufacturing capability but aren’t able or interested in scaling the business to globally compete for high value products. Currently, our acquisitions are debt funded either through traditional bank financing or venture debt funds.
